Thought leadership outreach & support
To help build Spirent's thought-leadership within the
network management marketspace, I devised and managed
a systematic outreach program targeting prospective
events and analysts to win speaker panel or keynote
slots and entrees to press tours. I specified and maintained
a custom online database (securely visible to all stakeholders)
to manage the entire process, from opportunity identification
to formal pitch to presentation materials preparation
and finally to onsite delivery support. Other functions
keyed to this process included ongoing speaker and media
training for about twelve subject matter experts, prospecting
and managing event-site interview "waves"
for visiting media, and collaboration with peers and
SMEs at technology partners to chair group panels.
