With hundreds of field sales talent working from almost as many locations, virtual (often immediate) delivery of new sales support was a necessity for this national service provider. To simplify this process, I streamlined their existing content development, production and delivery system down from nearly two dozen formats to just six, while still giving their sales talent total solution coverage and deep personalization options. This transformation included a fundamental shift from point-product promotion to market-centric solution education, yet still gave sales operations the flexibility to make rapid collateral responses to competitor initiatives and market opportunities.
